Base Creative // Senior Social Media Consultant & Wellbeing Champion (2022 - Present)
My time is focused on working with B2B clients for Base Creative and its new sub-brand exceptional™, within the dentistry, EV, property, energy, finance, and tech industries.
Base Creative:
- Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta across the UK and Europe
- Supporting the Director of Growth with social media research & strategy recommendations for client proposals
- Building custom Looker Studio reports focusing on organic & paid social, including thought leadership
- Leading client meetings including discovery workshops, inspiration days, communication strategy delivery, and monthly/quarterly reports
- Strategic lead on 3-4 clients simultaneously from discovery to strategy implementation, liaising with clients and team members to deliver high performing results

Base Creative // Social Media Consultant (2020 - 2022)
My time was split between Base Creative and its sub-brand Sharing Social. During this time I started to specialise in paid social strategies and began working in a more client-facing role.
My duties for Base Creative included:
- Paid social campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in the charity, dentistry, and energy industries
- Setting up influencer collaborations for Instagram and TikTok client campaigns
- Organic social media content creation both in-house and client-side, using Canva for image production and VEED for video production
- Social media proposal creation for potential clients including the public weather service
- Social media strategies & playbooks for clients in the education, finance, HR, aviation, and telecoms industries
- Presenting monthly report calls directly to clients, created in Looker Studio
My duties for Sharing Social included:
- Podcast launch strategy
- Audio production for trailer & pilot
- Speaker liaison & interviewer
- Community building
- Regular Clubhouse & Twitter sessions to accompany each episode
- Organic & paid social media strategy, content creation, and publishing
Professional development:
- Awarded the Young Digital Woman of the Year 2021 award by Digital Women
- Wrote regular content for Base Creative’s blog, including social media insights & guides

Base Creative // Social Media Manager (2016 - 2020)
During this period, my time was split between Base Creative and its sub-brand Sharing Social.
My duties for Base Creative included:
- Producing social media strategies for brands across multiple industries including dentistry, education, fashion, beauty, veterinarian, law, and culture
- Producing social media strategies, landscape reports, playbooks, crisis management plans, and monthly reports
- Organic social media content creation both in-house and client-side, on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter, both in-house and client-side
- Thought leadership style content creation for team members
- Basic SEO & website updates using WordPress
- Copywriting for “50 Days of Social Media” - a book published by the agency
- Research & on the job training in social, search, and analytics
My duties for Sharing Social included:
This was a monthly social media meetup launched in May 2018 to “connect the people behind the hashtags together in real life”. As of March 2020, I pivoted Sharing Social to an online event, and then a podcast format due to Covid-19.
