I presented my talk on maximising multi-marketing success, focusing on using paid social insights to have a smooth campaign delivery and exceptional client experience.
This was a big deal for me. This was my first international talk and I was so excited, if a little nervous to get on stage, in Barcelona!
I talked about how I go about multi-market campaigns right from ideation all the way through to delivery and measurement.
One of the main focus of my talk was keeping clients happy, so thinking about setting expectations thinking about communication and making sure that everybody is on the same page. This ultimately will help ensure that the outcome of the campaign meets those objectives set at the beginning and everybody is happy - resulting in a great outcome!
